Directions
Here is the simplest Banana Bread Recipe for the ones who didn’t eat eggs just like me.

Blend 2 Bananas, 1 Cup Milk, 2 Tea Spoons of Ghee/White Butter and 4-5 drops of Vanilla Extract together & transfer it in a mixing bowl |

Sieve 2 Cups of Wheat Flour, 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar, 1 tea spoon of Baking Powder and 1/2 tea spoon of Baking Soda in the bowl containing wet ingredients and fold it gently. |

Transfer the batter in a greased container. You may spread banana slices on top like the way I have done, for decorating it. |

Bake it in a pre heated Oven for about 50-60 Minutes and check by poking a knife. If knife comes out clean, its done. |

Cool it completely and demould. |
