In a bowl, add 1 cup of semolina[rava], 1/2 cup curd, and 1 cup water. Mix well and allow it to rest for 15 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup semi crushed sweet corn, 1 cup finely chopped cabbage, 2 green chilies, and salt to taste.

In a bowl, take 1/2 portion of the batter and add 1/2 tsp baking soda and mix well.

Heat an appam pan, add 1/2 tsp oil in each mould

Pour half a spoon of batter in each mould and add a small cheese cube in each

Cover it with some more and cook it for 7-8 minutes on each side

Serve them hot with tomato ketchup and mayo-chutney dip
