Chilli Butter Corn popularly know as Bhutta is also called corn-on-the-corb. It is very easy to make Corn cobs smeared with butter, lemon juice, Sprinkle salt, red chilli flakes, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies etc. It is very popular during the monsoon season. Its a must-have.

Steps

Take a fully grown yellow corn.
Wash it and open the leaves.

Apply Butter with a brush on the corn as a whole.

Turn on the stove, Place the Corn on the stove with a moderate flame with the help of tweezer.
Let it cook till you see it turn a bit brownish-black.

Once all sides are cooked nicely, (ensure its not entirely burnt, just try to get that favour.
Cut lemon into 4 halves and Apply lemon directly on the entire corn.
Apply Chili powder and salt with the help of your clean fingers and chaat masala too (if you like that)
And you're good to go!!
Just grab a bit of it directly!!
