Steps

Take the paneer, And blend it in the grinder with Ghee, a mild pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp Maida/all purpose flour.

Once you get a thick paste, Take it into a vessel/box and then allow it to freeze for 1 hour or so.

Meanwhile, while your home made cheese is getting set in the freezer, we will boil the corn in a pressure cooker or an open vessel.
If it's in a cooker, allow 3 whistles and 10 minutes of cooling down time, and if it's in an open vessel, allow it to boil for 15 minutes and then strain it off.

Finely chop capsicum.

Take the bread, grease it with ghee/butter and toast both sides on a pan/tawa/oven.

Once your cheese is frozen, start placing all elements on the toast.
And then grate your paneer (homemade cheese) on the top of it.
You may add oregano / chili flakes for flavor.

And Tadaa!!
Enjoy this with ketchup or just alone.
