Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 cups Boiled Rajma
2 Boiled potatoes
1 Onion
1 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 Green Chilli
1 Carrot
1 Capsicum
1 cup bread crumbs
As per taste Black Pepper Powder
As per taste Salt
2 tsp Red Chilly Sauce

Crispy Rajma Tikki is the a great combination of tasty and healthy food. A perfect dish for breakfast or evening snack.

1. Mash the boiled Rajma and boiled Potato. Grate carrot and chop all other vegetables finely.

2. Mix all the ingredients together. You can adjust the quantity of bread crumbs or potato if the mixture is too wet or crumbly.

3. Take a small portion of mixture and give a shape of flattened ball.

4. Fry the Tikkis in Air fryer or you can also deep fry.

5. Serve it with Corriander chutney and Sweet Tamarind chutney.
