Take wheat flour and gram flour in a large bowl. Mix turmeric powder, cumin powder, green chilli paste, ginger paste, salt, sugar. Mix all of them well. Add water Little by little and make a dough. Not too soft. A little soft and thick. |

Cut dough into 4 parts. Roll it and steam it. |

After steaming. Let it cool and cut into thin slices. In a pan add oil and black mustard seeds. Add sliced muthiya pieces. Pan fry it till golden and a little crisp. |
