1cup Wheat Flour
Half cup Gram flour
1tspn Garam Masala
As per taste Salt
1tspn Turmeric Powder
1tspn Sugar
1 cup Fennel leaves chopped
1 tspn Cumin powder
As per taste Green Chilli Paste
1 tspn Ginger paste

Fennel leaves ( Suva) Muthias

Muthia is a traditional Gujarati snack which can be steamed or fried depending on your taste. Tasty Spicy anytime snack.

Take wheat flour and gram flour in a large bowl. Mix turmeric powder, cumin powder, green chilli paste, ginger paste, salt, sugar. Mix all of them well. Add water Little by little and make a dough. Not too soft. A little soft and thick.

Cut dough into 4 parts. Roll it and steam it.

After steaming. Let it cool and cut into thin slices. In a pan add oil and black mustard seeds. Add sliced muthiya pieces. Pan fry it till golden and a little crisp.
