Soak Green Moong Dal and Rice Overnight

Next Morning, Drain water and add mixture, along with 3 green chillies , 1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste and Jeera Powder

Add water as needed, and mix it to dosa paste. See image for thickness of the paste

Add Salt to the paste and spread in the batter on the mild hot dosa pan
Cook on both sides till it turns golden brown

Serve hot with coconut chutney, tomato sauce or Mango pickle
