4 tbsp MilkUse Milk of normal temperature

4-5 leaves Basil Leaves

1 small bowl (50gms) Sweet CornBoil them in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes (3 whistles)

1 finely chopped Capsicum Capsicum

2 tbsp Whole grain flourMake a mixture of flour with the milk like a paste

1 tbsp Oregano(optional)

1 tbsp Chilli Flakes(as per your taste)

1 pinch Salt(as per your taste)

2 packets Noodles (wai-wai)

To boil the 1 bowl of corn, add 1 glass of water and put it in a pressure cooker with 3 whistles. If cooker is not available you can do same process with an open vessel for 7-10 minutes. |

Take a pan and pour 1 and a half tbsp oil (I used Groundnut oil, but you may choose whichever as per your wish) and heat it for 2 mins. |

Add 2 cups of water to the Veggies and thereafter add the Milk and flour paste and slowly keep stirring till all lumps are dissolved. |

Once the water starts boiling i.e when you can see the bubbles, add the Noodles. |

Let the noodles cook for 5-7 minutes and keep stirring till you get a thicker gravy-ish paste for the noodles. |
