1 Cup Seviyan

1/2 Cup Jaggery

2 Cups Milk

1 Tea Spoon Ghee

For garnish Mixed Nuts

2-3 pods Elachi/Cardamom

Take 1Tea Spoon Ghee in a pan and roast Seviyan till it becomes golden brown. |

Add 2 Cups of Milk (preferably Tonned) to roasted Seviyan and let it cook for 10-12 min on low flame. Keep on mixing gently till Seviyan absorbs 1/2 the quantity of milk added. |

Add grated jaggery and let it melt inside Seviyan and cook further for 3-4 min. |

Add Elachi powder, Garnish with dry fruits of your choice and serve. |
