1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Honey (Refrigerate for 4-5 hours, or overnight to have it for breakfast)
1 Pc Banana (Optional)
1 Pc Mango (Optional)

I added museli for some crunchiness which is totally optional, one can also use granola or oatmeal instead.

Take a cup of Milk, mix it with honey and 1/4 cup of Chia Seeds

Whisk it and refrigerate it for 4 - 5 Hours

Have it with Muesli and any fruits. Its healthy and tasty.
