200 gms Cottage cheese

10 pieces Bread

1 cup Peas

1 no. Chopped Onion

4 no. Chopped Green Chilies

1/2 cup chopped coriander

As per taste Salt

1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder

1 teaspoon Lemon juice

2 teaspoon curd

1 teaspoon Oil

As per requirement Tomato Ketchup
Directions
One of the best Sandwich recipe from my cookbook which is really mind-blowing and very easy to prepare. The stuffing used in this Sandwich contains less ingredients and once you will taste it you gonna make it again and again for sure. You can Watch the full process in the video link 👉

Boil water in a pan and add 1 tbsp Salt & then 1 cup green peas. |

Allow them to boil till the green peas become soft. |

Now strain the water and add the green peas in a blender to make a coarse paste. |

Add the peas mixture in a bowl and to this add grated paneer, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder, Salt as per taste, chaat masala and yoghurt. |

Finally, mix all the ingredients and combine well. Now spread the mixture on a slice of bread and cover it with an another slice of bread. |

Stuff all the bread slices in the same way. |

Now turn on the electric griller and apply some oil on both side of griller. place the Sandwich. And Cook for 2-3 minutes or until crisp and golden in colour. Now remove the Sandwich carefully. |

Grill all the sandwich in the same way and then cut them into half. Serve hot with your choice of sauce and chutney. |
