Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 cup Kidney beans
1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Onion
2 Tomato
5 tbsp Cheese
5 tbsp Milk
To taste Salt
2 Green Chilli
To taste Black Pepper Powder
2 tsp Tomato Ketchup
For Garnish Sev Namkeen
20-25 Sev Papdi

Sev Puri with a Mexican twist !!

For Cheese sauce

Take a microwavable bowl add cheese, milk, salt and pepper and mix it well. Microwave for 2-3 minutes. Remove and mix well.

For Salsa

Take finely chopped tomatoes and mash them. Add half quantity of chopped onions, chopped green chillies, tomato ketchup, Salt and pepper. Mix well. Make sure Salsa is quite spicy and tangy in taste.

For Beans Mixture

Take boiled and little mashed kidney beans (Rajma) in a bowl. Add chopped Bell peppers and remaining onions. Add a little salt for taste.

4. Now arrange Sev Papdi in a plate. Top it up with Beans mixture Salsa and then Cheese sauce. Garnish with sev namkeen and coriander.
