2tbsp Coconut powder
2tbsp Sesame Seeds
2tbsp Oil
2 Onion
2 Green Chilli
1 Ginger garlic paste
4 Green chillies
4 Tomato
1/2tbsp Water
4tbsp Oil
1/2tbsp Black mustard seeds
1/2tbsp Cumin
1/2tsp Kalonji
4 Curry leaves
1tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2pinch Turmeric Powder
1tsp Coriander Powder
1/2tsp Cumin powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1tsp Salt
2tbsp Tamarind Pulp
5gm coriander
10 Curry leaves

Done

1.Put a kadai on medium flame.
2.add 4tbsp peanuts in kadhai and roast it
3.add 2tbsp coconut powder and roast till golden brown
4.add 2tbsp till and roast it
5.turn off the flame and transfer into the plate.
6.add 2tsp oil in kadhai and heat it on mediam flame.
7.now add 2chopped onion and fry it till soft
8.add 2green chilli ,1ginger paste 1garlic paste and saute well on low medium flame.
9.turn off the flame and transfer into a plate.
10.let it cool completely.

11.take long green chillies and slit green chillies, do not cut until end.
12.take 4medium size tomato and cut into 4pieces.
13.add all the roasted ingredients into a jar add 1/2tsp water and make a fine paste.
14.add 4tsp oil heat oil on low medium flame.
15.fry green chilli till color changers remove from the oil and keep aside.

16.now add mustard seeds 1/2tsp cumin seeds 1/2tsp kalonji 1/2tsp and add 10curry leaves on low flame than add haldi powder 2pinch on low flame add the prepared paste and cook on low flame until it releases oil than add cumin powder 1/2tsp coriander powder 1/2tsp garam masala powder 1/2tsp red chilli powder 1/2tsp mix well and cook .

17.after the paste will become thick add 2tsp tamarind water if you want you can add 1tsp jaggery powder .

18.now add water and mix well and cook on medium flame and cook well now cook it 3 to 4min and the gravy releases oil

19.now add tomatoes and green chillies and mix it well.

20.cook it in low flame 5min till the tomatoes soft.
