Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 cups Maize Flour
1 cup Refined flour
1/4 tsp Carom seeds / Ajwain
1tbsp Chilli Flakes
1tsp Salt
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1- 1/2 cup Water May require more or less depends on your cup measurements
1-1/2 cup Vegetable oil For Frying

Nachos have it all: Protein, Carbs, Veggies, and—the most important thing—Cheese! They’re also fully customizable to suit a solo diner or a group gathered for chow. They are crunchy and munchy an anytime snack for everybody .

Steps

Add the maize flour + refined flour + salt+ ajwain+ red chili flakes ( I realized later that I ran out of it so I used red chili powder)+ the oil.

Now mix all the ingredients well and gradually add water to make a soft dough.

Let the dough rest for 10-15min.

Now on a rolling surface spread enough flour and roll out small portions of the dough using enough flour. Make sure you roll these gently as they are very soft.

Now cut the rough edges and prick them with a fork to avoid fluffing the chips while frying.

Now in a deep pan add oil and let it heat for about a minute and turn the flame to low - medium and add few chips at a time and keep stirring to avoid them from sticking to each other.

Deep fry them until light brown in color from both sides.

Now keep them in an airtight container and they will last you up to 20- 30 days. Serve them with your favorite salsa or cheese dip.

You’re so interesting! I don’t suppose I have read a single thing like that before.
So good to discover somebody with a few original thoughts
