Adjust Servings:
200grms Whipped Cream cream should be properly chilled & whipped
3 tablespoon gulkand or rose jam
5 leaves betel leaves or paan leaves leaves should be fresh
2 tablespoons Condensed Milk
few drops green food color its optional
1 tablespoon Cranberries optional
2 tablespoon tutti fruity and dry fruits for garnishing

Hey, foodies today I will make you learn how to make mousse with and Indian paan flavour. It has an amazing refreshing taste which you will never forget once you taste it. A mousse basically is soft prepared food that incorporates air bubbles to give it a light and airy texture. It can range from light and fluffy to creamy and thick, depending on preparation techniques. A mousse may be sweet or savoury.

Take grinder jar and add 5 betel leaves ,2 tspn condensed milk ,1tspn gulkand,1tbsn cranberries and grind it to make a paste.

Now take 3 cups of whipped cream in a bowl add paan n condensed milk paste and mix properly add few drops of green color if required.

Fill this in a piping bag and then take any glass, add a layer of tutti fruity and dry fruits then fill it with mousse...topped with some tutti fruits, gulkand and paan leaves.

Keep it in a refrigerator for 2 hours and after 2 hours served chilled. Mousse tastes good when it is properly chilled..Enjoy!!🙂
