1 cup Wheat Flour

1/4 cup maida [all purpose flour]

1/2 cup or as required Water

1/4 tsp or as required Salt

2 tsp Oil

To Marinate

1 block Paneer

1/3 cup Yogurt

1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

1/4 tsp Aam chur powder

1/4 tsp Coriander Powder

1/4 tsp Cumin powder

1/4 tsp Garam Masala

1/4 tsp Chaat Masala

1/4 tsp Turmeric

1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

1/4 tsp or to taste Salt

For the Spread
-
1/4 cup Yogurt
-
1 tbsp Green Chilli Paste

1 tbsp Cilantro
-
As required Salt

Salad Mixes
-
1/3 cup Cabbage
-
1/3 cup Carrot
-
1/3 cup Capsicum
-
1/3 cup Onion
-
1 tsp Chaat Masala

1 tsp Lemon juice

1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Directions

Take a bowl, add the Wheat Flour, all-purpose flour, salt, oil, and give it a mix. |

Add water little at a time and make a soft dough while kneading. |

Apply tsp oil and cover with a wet towel |

Rest the dough for 30 mins |

Mix all the ingredients in "to marinate" and marinate the paneer for 30 mins |

Prepare the spread by mixing all the ingredients under "for the spread" |

Prepare the salad by mixing all the ingredients except salt under "salad mixes". |

Add the salt to salad, just before making the rolls. |

Heat the pan on medium-low heat and add 2 tbsp oil. |

Now add the marinated paneer cube one by one. Roast it on all sides may be a minute each. Do not burn the spices. Remove from the heat and squeeze some lemon juice. |

To make the rotis, divide the dough into 4 equal sized balls. |

Dust the dough and start rolling into round shaped rotis, dusting in between if required. Roll it thinly. |

Heat the skillet to medium-high heat. |

Add the rolled roti on the skillet, spread some oil, and flip it. |

Spread some oil on the other side. |

Roast on both sides until you have golden brown spots. |
