Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 cup Paneer
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Sweet Corn
1/2 cup Cheese
as required Pizza & Pasta Sauce
as required Oregano
as required Chilli Flakes

In a bowl, mix 1 cup small paneer cubes, 1/2 finely chopped bell peppers, 1/2 cup semi boiled sweet corn and 1/2 grated cheese.

To this, add 2tbsp mayonnaise, 3tbsp pizza-pasta sauce, 1tsp oregano and chili flakes and salt to taste.

Mix all the ingredients

On a uttapam pan, pour the batter and add some stuffing on top. Add little oil on the sides of uttapam and press the stuffing slightly. Cook the uttapam well on both the sides.

Mini uttapam are ready. Serve it hot with pizza-pasta sauce.
