Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
4 cups Potato Boiled and then mashed
2 cups Onion chopped
1 cup Tomato chopped
1/2 cup Capsicum chopped
3tbsp Green Chilies chopped
2tbsp Lemon juice
1 cup Water
3tbsp pav bhaji masala
1 1/2 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1tsp Cumin
1/4 tbsp Cumin powder Roasted
1/2 tbsp Chaat Masala
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
4tbsp Vegetable oil
2tbsp Butter
8 Pav
8tsp Butter

Pav Bhaji is sweet, savoury as well as spicy street food . Any person can fall in love with the taste of Pav Bhaji. You can have it at any time of the day. The look, colour, taste, a dollop of butter on Bhaji and the buttery pav are enough to arise the temptation for having the dish.

Steps

1. Take a pan add oil and butter , add cumin + red chilli powder+ 2tbsp pav bhaji masala +cumin powder.

2. After 3-4 seconds add the onions and mix well . Saute them for about 5-6 mins or until they turn translucent.

3. Now add the green chillies + tomatoes + capsicum and mix them well. Cook them for 6-7 min or until the tomatoes turns a little soft .

4. Now add the mashed potatoes and mix them well .

5. Now add the leftover pav bhaji masala+ salt+ chaat masala + kasuri methi+ water.

6. Now in a tawa add 1tsp – butter for every pav and a little of the bhaji in it and mix it all and place the pav. Let the pav soak in all the butter and bhaji mix .

7. Serve the pav with a little (maybe lots) of butter and little chopped onions and a slice of lemon on the bhaji .

8. Mix them all well break and mash everything together and cook it for about 10-11 mintues or until oil starts to separate.
