Done

Make a normal Roti of Wheat Flour. (Can use other flour too if you are diet-focused person)
Cut into 2 halves from the center.
Create space in between the layers with a Spoon. (refer image)

Add Schezwan Sauce in the pocket and make sure all sides of it is covered in it.
(To make it more spicy, you may also add Chilli Sauce)

To make the Filling for the Pizza pocket:
1. Boil Corn.
2. Finely Chop tomatoes, Green , Yellow & Red Bell Pepper
3. Take a Pan, Mild heat the 2tbsp oil and Saute these veggies for 2 mins.
4. Add Schezwan Sauce, Mayonnaise (optional) and Chilli flakes-Oregano and a pinch of Salt for flavor.
5. Let it sit and cool down. once cooled, fill the pocket tortilla with this filling such that there is some space left at the top.

Grate the Cheese on the top of Pocket Pizza and Voila!
Your Pocket Pizza are ready!!
You may choose to Bake it for 2 mins at 190 degree or 375 F to savour fully melted cheese!!
