1/2 cup All purpose flour (Maida)

1 cup SEMOLINA[RAVA]

1/2 cup Wheat Flour

1/4 tsp Baking Powder

5 cups OilFor frying

1 tbsp Chaat Masalasprinkle

1 cup curdFor chaat

1 cup Chickpeasboiled

Mix wheat flour, semolina , Maida and baking powder and mix well. |

Keep the dough aside for 20 minutes. |

Roll all balls into a puri and cover them with the clothes. Heat oil for deep frying |

Oil should be hot. Drop one puri in the oil. and Tap with the spatula and when puri become puffed then turn the gas medium and flip the poori, cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium gas. Kachoris are ready. |

Let them cool down completely. Now the Kachoris are ready. |

Add 2-3 table spoon boiled Chola and Potato ( as per your taste ) |
