Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
15 leaves Curry leaves
1/2 cup Tomato Pureey
1 cup Urad Dal
3 tbsp Toor dal
handful Mustard Seeds
3 Pcs Dried red chilly
2 Tbsp Jaggery
1 Tbsp Tamarind Pulp

Done

Washed and soaked urad dal 1 cup for about 3hours; after that, blend coarsely and keep aside for half n hr then add 1tsp salt and deep fry vadas in oil

Rasam masala:- 3tbsp Toor dal
A hand full of curry leaves
Dhana 1tblsp
5 pepper cons
3 Dried Red chillies
1tblsp fenugreek seeds
1tblps oil
1/4tsp haldi
Salt as per taste
Dry roast them in for about 5 mins and blend them
Rasam powder is ready

Half cup of tomato puree
1tblsp tamarind pulp

In a pan add 1tblsp oil and add little mustard seeds add tomato puree salt and red chilly powder add about 1 glass of water u can add more the rasam should b watery add tamarind pulp and 2tblsp gud , add rasam powder and let it boil well
Ur rasam is ready
For serving :- In a bowl keep some vadas and add rasam and serve hot
