Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
3 pcs Chapatis
3 Tbsp Oil
10 gms Green chilly paste
4 pcs Black mustard seeds
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 pinch Turmeric
As per taste Salt

Vaghareli Rotli which is also called Chapati Chivda. Its made from leftover chapatis. Pan seared with green chilli paste and dry masalas. Relish this dish with Tea for Breakfast or Evening snack. Enjoy ! 👍😋

Break chapatis into small pieces.

Then in a pan pour, 3 Tbsp of oil.
Put mustard seeds, pop it then put 4-5 curry leaves.

Put Green Chilli paste, as spicy you want. Put Chapatis pieces.

Put Garam masala 1 Tsp, Turmeric powder 1 pinch, and 1 Tsp of sugar.

Then put salt as per taste. Serve Hot with Tea 😋
