Different people have different viewpoints and different eating styles. Different kinds of food have different pros and cons, but we can’t say that “Vegetarian Food is Underrated”.

Yes, we accept the reality that there was a vast difference in the consumption rate of veg and nonveg food from the 19th century to the 21st century but we do not fully depend upon a non-vegetarian diet.

India is a tropical country. with cumbersome heat and rain. weather is good for most kinds of cereals and veggies to grow here and on the other side, most European and North American nations have nonvegetarian habits because of their necessity as vegetative growth is not abundant there.

Cleansing vegetables is much easier than cleansing nonveg, meat contains more protein as compared to vegetables but is also contains the waste of the animals.

A major proportion of India consists of the rural population which depends on agriculture for their livelihood. Economically, vegetables are more preferable than meat. Meat is costly in India as compared to vegetables

We cannot compare vegetarian and nonvegetarian food items in taste. Every individual has its own taste, belief, mindset, and choice of eating. We cannot say that “India is a purely vegetarian country” or “India is purely nonvegetarian country”. Some other countries in the world are depending upon the animal food as vegetative growth is not abundant there.

The rate of consumption of eating nonvegetarian food increased from the last few years. In India, some people are pure vegetarians. No one changes their religious belief and their mindset for their tradition. They follow the norms taught to them since childhood.

Vegetables and fruits are rich in nutrients. Vegetarian food is a healthy diet as we consume in a proper manner. It is full of benefits for our inner strength and some daily routine problems of the skin, hair growth, obesity, etc.we cannot remove the vegetarian diet from our lifestyle.­
